First time at Cactus. It was amazing. The atmosphere was so cute. The food was amazing ( especially the mexican corn). Our waitress was so nice. Definitely my new favorite Mexican restaurant.
We had a delicious lunch here. We ordered the Sonoran Spa Chicken, the Chicken Fried Chicken and the Cuban Flan. Everything tasted amazing, so flavorful. Service was quick even though they were quite busy. Highly recommend!
LOVELY SPOT food was better than i expected and the waitress, Maria, was very friendly. We also got a free flan for dessert as it was our first time in Cactus.
Cactus at Bellevue Square is a place I genuinely enjoy because the food is amazing and consistently well done. Everything I’ve tried has been flavorful, well-seasoned, and satisfying, and it never feels like a typical “mall restaurant” experience. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, though it does get a little noisy at times, especially during busy hours. It’s also on the pricier side, but the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth it in my opinion. Service has been friendly and efficient, even when the place is packed. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since it’s Bellevue Square, but that’s expected. Overall, despite the noise and higher prices, I’d absolutely come back anyway — the food alone makes it a solid, reliable spot.
We stopped by Cactus in Bellevue for a quick bite before heading to a company/team event, and it turned out to be a great choice. We ordered nachos and guac for the table, and both were spot on fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed for a quick, satisfying stop. A special shoutout to Jenise, our host, who was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She made sure our orders were placed quickly, kept things moving smoothly, and helped us with both the food and a couple of drinks, which we really appreciated given our tight timeline. Overall, it was a great experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back when we have more time to actually sit down and dine properly.
We had a great time at Cactus on Friday. Happy hour was fun and then had dinner in the dining room. It did get busy after 6pm with most tables full but we had no issue coming in at 5pm for 5 people. I had the chicken fried chicken... so good!
We just stopped by here for a cocktail at the end of the night. The margarita was delicious, as was my husband's beer. Good service and atmosphere. Since we'd already eaten, I can't speak to the quality of the food though.
Friends and I had dinner here. Instead of getting a table, we stayed in the 'bar' seating. It was a loud environment, clearly a fun spot to get together ...but maybe not the first choice if you want to have an intimate conversation. I did a lot of lip reading throughout the night 😅 The food was good. I had the spicy Caesar salad which was not too hot but had enough of a smoky flavor to make it interesting. I had that and two mocktails and was pleasantly surprised that the bill was less than $25 for me. My friend ordered baja fish tacos and enjoyed them. Everyone liked the chips and guac! The service was fantastic. Even as busy as it was, we were checked on quite often and servers were friendly and engaging.
Stopped by after a day of shopping at Bellevue Square with my family and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we sat down, our server was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The service was also impressively quick, we had our drinks and food out in no time, which was perfect after a long shopping day. We started with Moscow mules, and they were perfectly balanced and refreshing. The chips and salsa while we waited were a great touch and super satistying! For food, we ordered the carne asada, smoked brisket tacos, and the southwest chopped salad and YUM. Everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, the portions were generous, and we genuinely enjoyed every bite. Safe to say... we left our plates completely clean! Overall, such a great experience with amazing food, fast service, and a warm atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
We had a great experience and great food. I should have taken a picture of the Austin-style guacamole and queso prior to us eating it, but we ate so fast. It was delicious. The smoked chicken flautas were especially good as well. They asked at the beginning of the meal if we had been here before, and we said no, so they brought us a flan at the end just as a gesture. So very well thought out, very thoughtful, great experience. We don't live close by, but we will definitely be going back when we're in the area. All the food was super flavorful. Nothing we had was exceptionally spicy, but super flavorful. We will definitely be back. Thanks to our server, Alex!
